Annie has had much success as a broodmare. Her son, Willowbrand Flying Cymro, was the 2014 WPCSA American National Adult English Pleasure C/D Reserve Champion, finished 4th Nationally for Adult English Pleasure C/D and was the 2014 South Central Regional Champion. Flying Cymro was also the Adult English Pleasure C/D Champion at the 2014 TAPS Show and 2nd in his Section D Cob Gelding class, beat out by his paternal half-brother, Willowbrand Saith ap Michael, who is owned by country music star Amanda Lambert. Annie's son Bendroni is pursuing an eventing career in Washington. Annie's daughter What's Up Buttercup was the 2016 WPCSA National Reserve Champion Section D Welsh Filly 2 & Under and her 2016 colt, Daventry's Oh Snap!, was a Gold Premium foal, Champion Colt and Champion Foal of his RPSI inspection. He went on to place 3rd in North America for the Highest Scoring RPSI pony colt and Highest Scoring pony colt in Canada.
Annie's pedigree is jam-packed with some of the most well-known Cobs in North America. Her imported sire, *Trevallion Royal Consort LOM, is a Reserve National Champion and multiple Nation Champion in driving. Royal Consort is the sire of the successful performance and Supreme Champion Cob gelding, Ranlan The Chancellor. Annie's paternal half-sister, Idylwind Seren, is a WPCSA U.S. National Reserve Champion in halter and a multiple Champion and Year-End Award Winner in both english and western pleasure. Annie's paternal half-brother, Ranlan Tiger Bay, was the 2015 and 2018 National Champion Section D Gelding and has won numerous awards under saddle and over fences. He finished off the 2017 season as the WPCSA Reserve National Champion Junior Hunter C/D and Junior English Pleasure C/D and the 2018 English Pleasure C/D Junior Rider Reserve National Champion.
Annie's dam, Canterbrook Legacie, is a multiple U.S. National Champion and has competed in everything from Training Level eventing, 2nd Level dressage, hunter/jumper to western pleasure and is one of the most successful and versatile performance Cob mares in North America. Legacie is a paternal half-sister to the highly successful, Talywern Legally Blonde LOM, who is also a multiple U.S. National Champion in halter and western pleasure and top ten in english pleasure and ridden welsh C/D. Legally Blonde is now successfully showing on the USDF dressage circuit with a junior rider. Legacie's paternal half-sister, Talywern First Choice, is a multi-Supreme Champion in both Canada and the U.S., and half-brother, Wynshire's Valiant, is a successful Jr/Young Rider Dressage mount in the U.S. Paternal half-sister Talywern Perfectly Dun is a WPCSA National Champion and Supreme Champion. Legacie's maternal half-sister, Canterbrook Marmalade, produced the well known dressage pony Maple Lane Kero, who was the 2011 USDF National FEI Pony Champion. Daventry Equestrian had the pleasure of having Legacie in the barn for several years. She was extremely quiet, laid back and aimed to please. She was an absolutely uncomplicated ride, with three smooth gaits and absolutely no spook! She competed successfully at Spruce Meadows in 2013 with a junior rider.
Annie has a wonderful laid back and kind personality. She aims to please and is highly trainable. She is an outstanding mover and well put together. Annie is a Premium Mare and was Champion Mare at her RPSI inspection, Reserve Champion Mare at her ISR/Oldenburg inspection and tied for 2nd Highest Scoring RPSI pony mare in North America and Highest Scoring pony mare in Canada.
